• Ownership: All text, graphics, user interfaces, educational materials, Intake methodologies, and the “Liquidity Bridge” concepts are the exclusive intellectual property of California Probate and Trust Services and Cal Mutual Inc.
• Protection: These materials are protected by United States copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws.
• Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, publicly display, encode, translate, or distribute any part of this site (including the “Advisory Group” nomenclature) to any other computer, server, website, or commercial medium without our express prior written consent.

3. Permitted Use of the Network

You agree to use this platform only for its intended purpose: to seek genuine assistance with Probate, Trust, or Estate Planning matters and further agree to:

• No Scraping: You may not use any “deep-link,” “page-scrape,” “robot,” “spider,” or other automatic device or script to access, acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of the site.
• No Solicitation: You may not use the contact forms or chat interfaces to solicit our affiliate attorneys for business, marketing, or unrelated services.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the Intake process. Providing false information regarding assets or family dynamics compromises our ability to perform the Diagnostic Match.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Acts

You further agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site or our intake databases.
• Probe, scan, or test the site’s vulnerability or any network connected to it.
• Take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionate load on our systems’ infrastructure.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform and its content are delivered on an “As-Is” and “As-Available” basis and include:

• No Warranty: We do not promise that the site or any content, service, or feature will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.
• No Security: We cannot guarantee that any files or other data you download from the site will be free of viruses, contamination, or destructive features.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless California Probate and Trust Services, Cal Mutual Inc., its officers, directors, predecessors, successors in interest, employees, agents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, from any demands, loss, liability, claims, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against us by any third party due to or arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

You agree that all matters relating to your access to or use of the Site, including all disputes, will be governed by the laws of the United States and by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions.

• Venue: You agree to the personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and federal courts in Riverside County, California, and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
• Binding Arbitration: Any claim under these Terms must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or such claim or cause of action is barred.

8. Severability

If any of the provisions of these Terms are held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be void or unenforceable, such provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and replaced with a valid provision that best embodies the intent of these Terms, so that these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
